"Gag" Contracts to Protect Physicians
I have provided some information below about the organization Medical Justice. I am very concerned that when seeing certain physicians, patients who may be highly vulnerable need to sign forms forfeiting their rights, or otherwise not obtain the medical care they are seeking. This is a disturbing trend that all patients need to know about. Physicians who provide the best medical care do not need to have patients sign forms forfeiting their rights.
